All work deserves compensation. Commercial companies should never expect unpaid labour.
We aspire to keep communication clear, kind, and consistent. Compensation belongs openly in the job ad. No ghosting. Anyone who joins a process should feel valued from the first step.
We actively welcome and support immigrants entering the workforce. Many of us moved to Finland from somewhere else. We know what that's like, and we look out for each other.
Identity, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, religion, disability, or background should never limit access to opportunities.
We are not a registered company, nor association. We are a home built by volunteers who offer their time and energy. Anyone can join for a project or for the long term, with no minimum commitment.
