Hey awesome marketers 🧡

We're trying something completely new, and I'm so excited about this one.

For years we've preached that networking is everything. After talking to so many of you, I wanna make it actually happen: in person, over food, with marketers you'd never bump into otherwise.

Here's how it works:

  1. You fill in this questionnaire. It takes a few minutes.
  2. Sign-ups close on Monday 28 September at 4PM.
  3. By Friday 2 October, everyone gets matched with 1 or 2 marketers in Helsinki.
  4. You meet over lunch or an after-work coffee between 12 and 30 October.

This is round one, and you get to shape it. If it works, we'll keep the format going and send you a new invitation.

Your data in Awesome Autumn Meets

  • Who has access: only me, Anna. No one else can see your answers. I use Claude, an AI assistant, to help me find good matches.
  • What it's used for: matching you with 1 or 2 marketers. Nothing else.
  • How you'll hear from me: when you're matched, I send you a message on LinkedIn and by email with the place, date and time. From there it's up to you and your match to continue. Emails come from anna@meet.awesomemarketers.fi and are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Replies land in my normal inbox.
  • After the meetup: I send you a short follow-up questionnaire asking for your feedback.
  • 🔒 topics: never shared with your match, unless you both picked the same one.
  • Where it's stored: a private Google Sheet in The Awesome Marketers' Google Workspace.
  • How long: deleted within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

I can only match you if you're OK with this.
